well what's to say its a 3Ds trip so bring plenty of food and your happy selves

we are paddling from Bangor to Fandom  around 14 miles.

An enjoyable river section with numerous meanders. fun for everyone  if there are strong winds  you need to be able to paddle against them at times.
there will be a shuttle so be prepared to share cars  its a long shuttle so those who are not doing a shuttle may want to bring a extra cup of tea to drink.

ok any questions ask a D but in essence anyone who can paddle a straight line and who can cope with a bit of wind at times.

bring boat, BA< paddle preferable spare paddle and personal first aid kit and change of clothing,  and sunhat suncream etc.

aim to be ON the water for 10 am so meet up at 9:15 

assume to finish around 4pm to 7pm depending on water levels wind and how many stops we do
