At Atcham although the river is low, there's a nice bit of flow with a good eddyline at which to practice a bit of eddying in / out and ferry gliding etc so we are heading there this Friday evening July 31st 6pm meet.

This opportunity is for mixed craft.

Limiting numbers due to limited car parking so please book on soon to avoid disappointment.

Meet at 6pm at Paradise Field and park in the layby next to the field. This is on the opposite side of the road to the Mytton & Mermaid Pub. We will access the water via Paradise Field & paddle down under the bridge to the jet of flow.

If needing to hire kit from the club please pay for this prior to Friday on the website and if needing help with collecting equipment please get in touch ASAP.

You will need helmets, bouyancy aids, suitable footwear, airbags, swim line for canoes.

Not planning to be on the water super long, say hour and a half max.

Maybe head for cheeky drink at the pub after.
