On Saturday March 14th if river levels permit we hope to do an approximate 8 mile  grade 2 paddle in canoes and kayaks hopefully on The Banwy - Llanerfyl to LLanfair Caereinion. A backup plan would be heading over to the Dee.
If you book onto this trip further details about the get in / get out point will be given once we know how the levels look.
Likely a 10:00am meet
Numbers may be limited to due to access & leader availability so please book on early to avoid disappointment.
Kit available to hire from SCC website - please ensure all kit is paid for prior to attending the trip & if you need to arrange collection from Frankwell please contact Dave or Anita well in advance of the 14th.
This trip is suitable for those with previous grade 2 experience and the stamina to complete 8 -10 miles.
Winter paddling kit needed, boat, airbags, paddle, BA, helmet, spray deck, swim line for canoes.
Snacks / warm drink for the journey.
