Hi so get your cold gear and wet gear the 4Ds  are going for a paddle ( water levels behave)
paddle from Attingham through the meandering river Seven and finishing up in Ironbridge for a pub drink and or meal.
suitable for anyone who can paddle for around 13 miles downstream. there is the excitement of paddling or portaging through Jack fields rapids, (those who remember a Tuesday night will be very familiar with this).
ITs as usual a club led trip and you will be needing
Boat, BA, Hemet,paddle, personal first aid kit, cold weather gear ( BA and dry trousers or 5mil wetsuit or drysuit) and a change of clothing. warm drink second breakfast or snack ( ok biscuits viscount ) *joke or is it ask a previous 3D triper, but bring plenty of nosh and drink.
for those in a canoe the obligatory canoe hat
SUP people waist leash  
paddle length is 13.26 miles should be a lovely day , will be fun and friendly paddle open to all craft ( SUPers please contact me re distance  and Jackfiedl which you can portage )
