M&M trip (Matt & Marc) will be running a Whitewater trip up to the Lake District over the weekend of 23 - 25th Feb .

We will be staying at Witherslack Cycle Barn Bunkhouse, Grange over sands, LA11 6SH W3W, scores.alley.surprise.

The exact plan will depend on the group and water levels, but we'll be aiming to paddle mostly grade 3 with the odd grade 4 rapid. Expect us to be running rivers like the Greta, Duddon, Crake, Mint, Leven and Kent.

This trip will best suit paddlers who have a moderate amount of experience on grade 3, perhaps looking to push themselves a little bit beyond; ideally, you will be very comfortable on the lower Tryweryn, and have at least a few successful runs of the upper Tryweryn behind you.
