The 3/4 Ds pre Christmassy drink and meal ( oh and a paddle) 

Where  Montgomery's canal starting at the lions Quay SY11 3EN

finish at Queens head pub 

note there is a portage or two  so bring some wheels and about 8 miles to paddle.

we will end at the pub for a meal and a drink to celebrates Christmassy time ALL are welcome in any craft yes Nick you can bring the coracle. this will be family friendly and as safe as you can be on a canal think fall in mutter stand up and wade ok slight slurping noise and jump back in your boat.   

extra fun of pushing the SPS out the way. 

you will need  a craft, a hot drink , something' or things  to paddle said craft in preferably a straight line but hey its Christmas's. we are debating the mulled wine to bring so if you do brings some for all. ( saves me a job). 

warm clothing and pause if you fall in more warm clothing unless you are wearing a dry-suit or  sensible winter wetsuit.

ok so Christmas's jumpers , Christmas's hats, silly wings, sparkly  lights on your boat, tinsel  etc are also permissible providing they do not get in the way of your lifejacket and ability to see or wade if you fall in. 

obviously we need to book at the Queens head so numbers will be limited  for that reason only
