*Please Note*
Email is the primary form of communication in the club and the club uses a mailing list for all members who wish to belong. When your name is added to the group you should receive an introductory email giving the group mailing address. You will then receive club mail shots and be able to send emails to all club members. Please note that whilst most of the mailings work well, we know that a small number of members do have problems with receiving club email. If you think that the group mail-shot system is not working properly for your email address please send an ordinary email to the membership secretary and we can remove your current entry from the mailing-list and then re-enter, pasting in the email address from your email, a procedure that has resolved the problem in most cases.

Please also check your Junk/Spam folder and ensure the mailshots are not incorrectly getting tagged as such. If so then please add the clubs mailshot address to your email whitelist.
